What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout is by 10:00. Early arrival or an extension may be possible depending on availability; ask through Airbnb in advance.

How many guests can stay?

Every room accommodates up to three guests. Bed arrangements vary, so compare the room list before booking.

Is there a minimum stay?

The Airbnb listings state a minimum stay of two nights and three days.

Are kitchen and laundry facilities included?

Yes. Rooms include a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, cookware, tableware, washing machine and bathroom dryer.

Which documents are required?

A photo of the passport identity page and an online accommodation agreement are required for every guest.

How is rubbish handled during a long stay?

Message the host through Airbnb if you need rubbish collection during a longer stay.

What building etiquette applies?

Remove outdoor shoes, keep noise low especially at night, and do not enter floors other than the one for your booked room.
